What these figures mean
What the three states mean
- Available — the service was present and running at the site when it was assessed.
- Confirmed gap — the site was assessed and the service was not there.
- Not reported — no partner has reported on this service at this site. This is not the same as a gap. We do not know.
What "coverage" does and does not mean
Coverage on this dashboard means a service is present. It does not measure whether the service is enough, whether it reaches everyone at the site, or how good it is. A site shown as having WASH may still have unmet WASH needs.
Where the data comes from
- Reported by CCCM Cluster partners through the CCCM Cluster Service Mapping form on KoboToolbox.
- Refreshed daily. This page shows data as of the date in the header.
- Sites are identified by CCCM Site ID. Records that cannot yet be matched to a site are shown with a warning and excluded from matched-site figures.
- Sector coverage is the share of assessed site-and-sector observations reporting the service as available. "Not reported" is excluded from that share and is shown separately.
What it does not cover
- Sites not assessed in the current reporting round.
- Service quality, adequacy, or accessibility for people with disabilities.
- Service delivery not reported through the CCCM Cluster.
